I enjoy working with people on a wide range of issues. Some of the things I commonly help people with include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, divorce and breakups, disordered eating and body image, parenting challenges, and simply feeling "stuck." Whatever brings you here, you're welcome.
I am deeply committed to my own growth as a human being — a journey catalyzed by my personal meditation and mindfulness practice. I bring that same commitment to showing up fully for the people I work with.
I welcome diversity of all kinds — race, ethnicity, body size, gender, sexual orientation, country of origin, ability, and age. Everyone.
I approach mental health from a holistic and collaborative place — recognizing you as the expert of your own experience. I believe we heal by transforming our relationships: with others, and with ourselves. My goal is to help you get as close to the truth of your situation as possible.
You are the expert of your own life. I don't prescribe — I partner. Together we look at the whole person: your patterns, your relationships, your inner world, and what truly needs to shift for lasting change.
I believe growth happens through connection. Personal transformation and healing are key components of a rich, vibrant life — even when the changes needed feel overwhelming, vague, or impossible.
My goal is to help you get as close to the truth of your situation as possible. That clarity — arrived at safely and at your own pace — is where real, lasting change begins to take root.
Therapy can help you feel safe and supported enough to face what needs facing — and change your life from the inside out. Here's what your first session with me looks like.
Before anything else, we create a space where you feel genuinely held. There's no agenda to rush through — your comfort and trust are the foundation everything else is built on.
You'll have space to share what brings you in — as much or as little as feels right. Nothing is too big, too messy, or too complicated. I'm here for all of it, without judgment.
Together we begin to explore what's really going on beneath the surface. Whether you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start — we'll start exactly where you are, and move forward from there.
Time for anything on your mind — about the process, what to expect, fees, or scheduling. We'll figure out together if this feels like the right fit, and there's no pressure either way.
I came in barely able to articulate what I was feeling. Within a few months, I had tools, clarity, and a genuine sense of hope. Neidy's warmth changed everything for me.
As a trauma survivor, I was terrified to start therapy. I felt safe from the very first session. The pace was always mine, and the care was always real and consistent.
Couples therapy gave my partner and me a shared language we never had before. We came in at a breaking point — we left with a real foundation to build on.
Taking the first step is often the hardest. Whether you have a question or you're ready to schedule, I'm here and I'd love to hear from you.
