What you should know about me

I'm Neidy Escorbores, a board-certified mental health counselor with 14 years of experience helping people navigate life's most complex challenges. I am also certified in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy — a growing, evidence-informed approach for deep healing.

I enjoy working with people on a wide range of issues. Some of the things I commonly help people with include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, divorce and breakups, disordered eating and body image, parenting challenges, and simply feeling "stuck." Whatever brings you here, you're welcome.

I am deeply committed to my own growth as a human being — a journey catalyzed by my personal meditation and mindfulness practice. I bring that same commitment to showing up fully for the people I work with.

Before anything else, we create a space where you feel genuinely held. There's no agenda to rush through — your comfort and trust are the foundation everything else is built on.

You'll have space to share what brings you in — as much or as little as feels right. Nothing is too big, too messy, or too complicated. I'm here for all of it, without judgment.

Together we begin to explore what's really going on beneath the surface. Whether you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start — we'll start exactly where you are, and move forward from there.
